STEP ASIDE AND LET MY LADY THROUGH

Didn’t get the chance to go to the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion this weekend. Decided to stay close to home after my wife was diagnosed with a kidney infection on Friday morning. However, turns out it wasn’t a kidney infection which was later confirmed at 3AM Saturday night by the Walnut Creek Kaiser ER staff…more like kidney stones. I heard they’re painful and witnessed it first-hand after watching my wife literally pass out from the pain. Strangest thing to have to slap your wife back into consciousness.

So I played nurse all weekend which gave me the opportunity to listen to the CD that arrived on Saturday – 16 Horsepower’s Secret South. I think this is the best music I’ve bought in a long time. You should have a listen to a very soulful track titled Straw Foot.

BTW, to the doctor who misdiagnosed my wife’s condition – effyou. She didn’t have to go through that pain. To the ER staff – thank you!

Seen the pain kidney stones can cause. My dad has them. It’s bad…
Hope your wife “passes” the stone quickly. Take care of her

Hope your lovely wife is feeling better. Tell her I said “hi” and hope to see her soon at the next HOA meeting! I’m sure she’s REALLY looking forward to it…

Oh man that sucks! I hope she passes that sucker soon and you stay out of her pain meds, thats all she needs: kidney stone, crazy spastic cat and a husband tweaking on Percocet and banjo music.

    get well soon
